In-Person Watch Services

We offer a range of convenient, affordable watch services — whether you're in need of a battery change, strap replacement, or a bit of care for your vintage favourite. All services are carried out in-house with care, precision, and transparency. These services can range from same-day to longer waits if we need to order in parts.

🔋 Battery Replacement 

Our most requested service. We replace batteries for all types of quartz watches using high quality batteries and non-metallic tools to avoid internal damage.

  • Standard quartz battery replacement: £15 + Battery

  • Optional seal check available on request

🛠️ Strap Replacement

Bring your own strap & we’ll remove the old and fit the new. This includes all strap materials including metal bracelets. If you would like us to source a strap, there will be an additional cost.

  • Leather, rubber, NATO, or metal strap fitting: £10

  • Includes spring bar fitting

🔗 Bracelet Sizing (Link Removal/Add)

Whether it’s too loose or too tight, we’ll adjust your metal bracelet to fit your wrist perfectly. This may include link removal or additions. If you would like us to source new links, there will be an additional cost.

  • Link removal or addition: £10-£20, depending on complexity

  • Available for jubilee, oyster, folded or solid links

✨ Exterior Watch Cleaning 

Refresh your watch’s look with a full case and bracelet clean, either by hand or ultrasonic method.

  • Case & bracelet cleaning (hand or ultrasonic): £20

  • Optional light polish on uncoated surfaces

⚡ Battery Health Check

Not sure if your battery is the issue? We’ll check its voltage and condition with a precision tester.

  • Standalone battery test: £5

  • Free when combined with battery replacement

🧼 Crystal Polishing (Acrylic Only)

Acrylic crystals can scratch easily — but we can bring them back to life using professional polishing compounds.

  • Crystal restoration: £10–£20 depending on condition

  • Suitable for Swatch, Timex, vintage Seiko/Omega, and more

🔧 Stem or Crown Repair

If your crown or stem feels loose, sticky, or misaligned, we can often resolve it without opening the full movement. We can also replace damaged stems/ crowns. Parts are at extra cost. 

  • Tightening or minor reinsertion: from £20

  • More complex repairs quoted on inspection
